HONG KONG: Thousands of protesters rallied in Hong Kong defying police ban on marches on Sunday.

Protests took place in various locations across Hong Kong, including at the city’s international airport.

Violent demonstrations have plunged Hong Kong into a political crisis. Black-clad protesters swarmed the airport arrivals hall and chanted ‘Liberate Hong Kong, Revolution of our time.’ (Agencies)
