13th SAG: Competitions under 5 games slated for today



KATHMANDU: The 10-day long 13th South Asian Games (SAG) is concluding on Tuesday.

Competitions are being held for different 5 games in Kathmandu on the final day of the South Asian Games (SAG) today. The concluding ceremony will begin from 5 pm.

Competitions are being held football, basketball, boxing, squash and judo.

All the games will be held at Dasharath Stadium.

Football: 

Nepal will take on Bhutan in the final of the men’s football at Darasharath Stadium. The match will begin at 3 pm.

Basketball:

Sri Lanka  and  India will lock horns in the final of the basket ball. It be held at covered hall in Tripureshwor at 1 pm. Similarly, Nepal will play with India in the final of the women’s basket ball.

Boxing: Boxers are competing for eight gold medals today. The final event will start at 1 pm.

Judo: Judo event is being held for a gold medal. It will begin at 9 am at the Army Physical Training and Sports Center, Lagankhel. The final match will take place at 12:35 pm.

Squash: The final match of squash is being held today. Pakistan and India are fighting in the final of both the men’s and women’s event.
