KATHMANDU: Liverpool has performed brilliantly in the first match of the English Premier League Season.
Mohamed Salah scored a goal in the 19th minute while Virgil van Dijk doubled the goal in the 28th minute of the first-half. In the seventh minute of the tournament held in Enfield, captain Grant Hanley of Norwich City made a suicide goal.
Similarly, in the 42nd minute, Divock Origi scored another goal giving Liverpool the lead 4-0 against Norwich City in the first half.
Teemu Pukki made a consolation goal for Norwich City in the second half of the tournament.
