DAMAULI: The bodies of a woman and a child were found at the Trishuli River in Bhuvantar of Devghat Rural Municipality-5. The woman is believed to be in the mid-twenties while the child is around six or seven years old.
They were found on the river bank on Friday and their identity is not yet known, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Lila Raj Lamichhane. The bodies were found by local people, who informed the police.
The District Police Office has begun an investigation to find the reason behind the death of the two and to also identify them.
