ACHHAM: A man has murdered two men by striking them with a cudgel at Kuntibandali Dhungani of Mangalsen Municipality-1. The deceased are Deusingh Saud, 72, and Birbhan Thapa, 55.
According to police, Piram Kumar Saud, a local, killed his great uncle Deusing Saud and his father-in-law while they were sleeping at night. The incident took place at 1 am today.
The incident took place when his father-in-law had come to his daughter’s house. A team of police from Achham district has been deployed in the incident site. Piram Kumar is speech-impaired.
