KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Sunday observed the Basanta Shrawan ritual on the occasion of Basanta Panchami at Hanumandhoka.
The President also received tika, mala and prasad on the occasion. A contingent of the Nepal Army (NA) presented a guard of honor.
Likewise, Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun, Prime Minister KP Oli, Chief Justice Cholendra Sumsher Rana and other dignitaries attended the ritual.
