Delhi unlikely to include Sandeep Lamichhane in playing XI against Chennai

KATHMANDU: Delhi Capitals and Chennai Super Kings are facing off in the second qualifier of the Indian Premier League 2019 on Friday night.

Delhi Capitals, the team of Nepali leg spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, needs to beat Chennai Super Kings for the first time this season to make their maiden IPL final.

Chennai Super Kings, that faced defeat against Mumbai Indians in the first qualifier, will be eyeing a win over Delhi to reach final to win the IPL title for the fourth time.

It is likely that Delhi will be fielding the same set of players from earlier matches. So, there are slim chances of Sandeep being included in playing XI in the match.
