Nepse down by 5.64 points, transaction up



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) went down by 5.64 points to settle at 1, 291 points  on Thursday, the last trading day of the week.

Likewise, the sensitive index went down by 1.55 points to rest at 276 points. The float index plummeted by 0.50 points.

A total of  3 million 585 thousand and 695 units of shares from 174 companies were sold for Rs 94 million 7347 thousand 776 yesterday.

Even though Nepse went down by 0.43 percent,  the transaction went up yesterday compared to that of the previous day. Nepse witnessed a transaction of 5 million on Wednesday.
