KATHMANDU: Nepal has registered best ever result in the Weightlifting. Out of the 20 events, Nepal scored medals in 16 events with 2 gold.
Saturday, Nepal had a total of 14 medals but, the medal count increased in its closing day after Nepal scored 1 silver and1 bronze on Sunday. The overall wrestling gave 9 gold to India, 6 to Pakistan and 2 -2 gold to Nepal, Bangladesh, and Srilanka. Bhutan could score only 1 Bronze.
