KATHMANDU:  Communist Party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has come down heavily on Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli accusing him of acting against the spirit of federalism, reported Kantipur daily in today’s edition.

The federal government has left the provincial and local governments toothless in terms of security, staffers, law and budgets as per the spirit of the Constitution, Dahal said.

Speaking at a book release program in the capital on Friday, Dahal  warned of another conflict if the constitution and  the peace process were not undermined.
