KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari today graced the Bhoto, a jewel studded vest, displayed at Jawalakhel on the occasion of the Rato Machhindranath procession.

The Head of the State observes the Bhotojatra to mark the end of the procession every year as part of the age-old practice.
