18 leaders, cadres of Biplav outfit arrested

KASKI: Kaski Police have rounded up 18 leaders and cadres of the banned Netra Bikram Chand Biplav outfit from Annapurna Rural Municipality.

They were held from Uri at Annapurna -11 on Saturday night, according to District Police Office, Kaski.

The government has outlawed the Biplav outfit for involving in violence and extortion activities.
