Death toll rises to 26 in India dust storm

NEW DELHI: The death toll in hail and dust storm in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh has reached 26. 57 others are reportedly injured, according to media report.

The storms accompanying rains and lightning hit the state on Thursday evening and continued until Friday morning, wreaking havoc and causing damage to structures, besides inflicting deaths and injuries to people.
