KATHMANDU: Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Giriraj Mani Pokharel today said that the appointment of teachers should be done through the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
Even though the local levels look after the school education, he said the appointment of teachers should be done through the process of the Commission.
Speaking at the meeting of the parliamentary Education and Health Committee, Minister Pokhrel said the government has made all preparations to take the necessary decision in this regard.
According to him, the temporary teachers failing the internal competition would be given a handshake along with the facilities they get this fiscal year.
