At least four people die in Pakistan blast: Police

LAHORE: At least four people have been killed when a bomb went off outside a Sufi shrine in the Pakistani city of Lahore today, officials said.

The blast occurred a day after the beginning of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, media reports said.

Police said the attack targeting police personnel left several dead and dozens of policemen and civilians injured.

Syed Mubashir Hussain, a spokesman for the Lahore police said the target was police. (Agencies)
