KATHMANDU: Two motorcyclists died in separate locations in road accidents on Tuesday night. According to police, a motorcyclist died after being rammed into a truck parked at Dangri of Taulihawa Maryadpur.
The deceased is identified as Bijendra Dhobi, 28, of Kapilvastu Municipality-1, said DSP Devendra Pandey. Police have taken truck driver Ek Bahadur Chhetri and the truck under control.
Likewise, another biker died after his motorcycle rammed against a truck belonging to Nepal Army at Malhaniya Chowk in Mirchaiya Municipality along the East-West Highway.
The deceased has been identified as Sagar Kumar Jaiswal of Mirchaiya Municipality-5. The motorcycle rammed the truck of Nepal Army which was under maintenance, said Area Police Office, Mirchaiya.
