KATHMANDU: The nomination of candidates for the vacant members of House of Representatives and State Assembly is taking place today in view of by-election scheduled for coming November 30.
According to the Election Commission (EC), the nomination filing is taking place from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm on Thursday.
The by-election to a member of the House of Representative (HoR) is to be conducted in Kaski Constituency-2 while by-election to the State Assembly member is taking place in Bhaktapur Constituency 1 (A), Baglung Constituency 2 (B) and Dang Constituency 3 (B).
The EC will publish the names of the candidates registering their nomination from 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm this afternoon.
