Met office predicts heavy rainfall in central, western hilly regions

KATHMANDU: The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has stated that there are chances of moderate to heavy rainfall at one or two places of the central and western hilly regions on Sunday.

In a weather bulletin issued for today, the met office predicted that rain or thundershower is possible at many places of the western region and rain with thunder and lightning is likely to occur at some places of the eastern and central hilly regions.
