SAN FRANCISCO: Facebook Inc has suspended pre-installation of its apps on Huawei phones, media reports have said.
Customers already using apps on Huawei phones can still use its apps and receive updates.
However, new Huawei phones cannot use Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram apps pre-installed.
The recent move is sure to dampen the sales outlook for Huawei Technologies Co Ltd. Huawei, meanwhile, declined to comment. (Agencies)
