KATHMANDU: Main opposition Nepali Congress leader Prakashman Singh has described the government new policies and programs is a collection of slogans.

Speaking at deliberations over the government policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year 2019-20 in a session of the House of Representatives today, he claimed that the government new policies and programs as a well-arranged essay.

He said the document was like an essay assigned to secondary level students to write by incorporating acts need to be undertaken to build the nation.

Expressing his doubt that a target of double-digit economic growth would be achieved, it advised the government to invest additional Rs 170 billion to materialize the dream.
