Former envoy Sherpa accuses MoFA of unilateral decision

KATHMANDU: Nepal’s former ambassador to Australia Lucky Sherpa, who faces an accusation of human trafficking, has accused the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) of a unilateral decision being guided by others vested interest.

The ministry had formed a committee to investigate the accusation over the envoy. However, the report is yet to be made public, reported Kantipur Daily.

She has also claimed that the ministry didn’t give chances to her for clarification.
