Shilpa Shetty launches fitness app



NEW DELHI: Shilpa Shetty Kundra has launched her fitness apps ‘Shilpa Shetty’. The app is designed to help people achieve their desired goals in simple and soulful ways, yoga routines, and diet plans.

While launching the app, Shilpa said, “When it comes to wellness of the mind and the body, the journey towards health and fitness, must be enjoyed with patience, discipline and the right information.”

Shilpa adds, “This project has taken two years of hard work, sweat and in-depth research with experts after which we have curated fat loss/maintenance/meditation programs with an amalgamation of yoga, functional and bespoke nutrition plans to help you achieve your fitness goals.”
