BAGLUNG: Police have arrested secretary of Youth Association Baglung of outlawed Biplav outfit 21-year-old Sahal Sunar alias Ramesh Abiral.
A squad of plain-clothes police deployed from the District Police Office, Baglung nabbed Ramesh Abiral from Galkot, Baglung Police Chief SP Nawaraj Bhatta told Khabarhub.
Police have confiscated letter pads, posters, pamphlets from the possession of Ramesh Abiral, who hails from Bhayarkharka of Sonar Galkot Municipality-4.
Police said they are investing the case after taking him under control.
