Prez Bhandari stresses on integrated efforts for environment conservation



NEPALGUNJ: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has asked one and all to work towards conservation of the environment.

Stating that climate change has become a challenge in the current scenario, she emphasized the need for integrated efforts for the conservation of the environment.

She said this while inaugurating a workshop on ‘Environment Conservation and climate change’ in Nepalgunj today on the occasion of World Environment Day.

President Bhandari also urged the government to formulate the necessary strategy to ensure people’s right to live in a healthy and clean environment.
