PALPA: A goat has given birth to an 8-footed kid in Rampur Municipality-6 of Palpa. The goat belonging to Govinda Bahadur Gharti and Hari Maya Gharti has given the ‘miracle’ kid. It has four ears and could not be identified as a male or female kid.
