Nayab Subba at High Court arrested with bribe

NEPALGUNJ: A Nayab Subba (a non-gazetted first class officer) at Nepalgunj bench of Tuslipur High Court has been arrested red-handed with a bribe.

Krishna Kumar Pathak, who had been working as a typist at the court, had demanded kickback from a service seeker for facilitating a case sub-judice at the court.

A team from Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Nepalgunj arrested him with Rs 300,000 kickback.
