KATHMANDU: Nepal’s Sujal Shrestha scored a goal in the 35th minute of the match in a penalty shoot-out played against Sri Lanka at Dasharath stadium today.

Likewise, Sri Lanka scored a goal at the last minute of the match on extra time equalizing the score 1-1.

Meanwhile, Nepal defeated Bhutan 4-0 on Monday thanks to two goals from Sujal Shrestha and one each from Mikchhen Tamang and Abhisek Rijal.

With this win, Nepal and Sri Lanka will get one point each.
