REBAN to organize Pokhara Street Festival on New Year

POKHARA: The Restaurant and Bar Association (REBAN) Pokhara has decided to organize the 21st edition of Pokhara Street Festival from December 28 through January 1.

REBAN has been organizing such a festival every year on the occasion of the Gregorian New Year.

This year’s theme of the festival has been ‘Let Us Eat and Enjoy in the Street’.

According to REBAN vice-president Laxman Baral, preparations are afoot to make the event grand and successful.

Chairman of Pokhara Tourism Council, Chiranjibi Pokharel said that the festival would contribute to meet the government’s target of attracting two million tourists in Nepal in Visit Nepal Year 2020.
