KATHMANDU: A graft-case has been filed against Nayab Subba Sudheer Kumar Khadka at the Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday.

The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) filed the case against Khadka under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2002.

Khadka had demanded Rs 250,000 from Debjang Shahi promising him to release on bail, according to Pradeep Koirala, spokesperson of the Commission.

Shahi had been sent to Dilli Bazaar jail for investigation based on the record of the Special Court.
