DANG: Diarrhea and vomiting continue to spread in Bhalaneti, Shantinagar-3 of Dang, with 20 people taken ill so far. The ailment has been spreading across the area since Thursday.
The sick are undergoing treatment in the Rapti Provincial Hospital in Tulasipur and local medical centres. A medical team from the Shantinagar rural municipality and from the provincial hospital has been sent to the affected site, according to the rural municipality Chair Kaman Singh Dangi.
The reason behind the diarrhoe and vomiting has not yet been known. The area had suffered a similar incident last year as well.
