SAG 2019 Second Day: Know the fixture of 12 events



KATHMANDU: Tournament is taking place in various 12 events in the 13th South Asian Games (SAG) underway at Dasharath Stadium in on Monday.

In the SAG, Taekwondo, Karate, men football, badminton, volleyball, Kho Kho, women cricket, table tennis, tennis, gulf, triathlon, and Wushu events are taking place today.

Men’s Football
Bangladesh is playing with Bhutan in the first match of the SAG 2019 Men’s football today at the Dasharath Stadium at 1 pm. Similarly, the second match will be played between Maldives and Srilanka at 5 pm at the Dasharath Stadium, Kathmandu.

Volleyball
Bangladesh and Srilanka is playing each other today to secure third place in the SAG 2019 Men’s Volleyball. The match will be played at the covered hall in Tripureshwor at 2 pm. Similarly, Srilanka is playing against the Maldives for the third place in the SAG 2019 Women’s Volleyball at 4 pm at Tripureshwor’s covered hall.

Kho-Kho
Srilanka is playing with Bangladesh and Nepal is playing against India in the Men’s Kho-Kho tournament today.

The first match will start at 9 am. The game between Nepal and India will start at 10 am today morning.
Similarly, Nepal will play against Srilanka at 4 pm and India will play against Bangladesh at 5 pm.

Likewise, in the women’s Kho-Kho, Nepal will play against India at 11 am and the match between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh will be played at 12 pm.

Similarly, Nepal will play against Srilanka at 6 pm and India will play against Bangladesh at 7 pm today.

Karate
All the tournament of Karate will be started at 9 am today. The tournament will be played at Internation Sports Council, Satdobato. Nine players from Nepal will play vying for the 5 gold medals.

Taekwondo
The tournament will start at 9 am today at Taewando Hall, Satdobato. Nepal has eyed for the most gold medal from the tournaments.

Badminton
The semifinals and the finals match will be played today in Pokhara. Nepal is playing with Sri- Lanka in the semifinals match.

Women’s Cricket
Nepal is taking the Maldives in the Women’s Cricket today. The match will be played at Pokhara Stadium. The match will start at 11 am.

Similarly, Table tennis, tennis, gulf, triathlon and Wushu events are taking place today.
