Cocaine ‘dealer’ Lama arrested in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a man in possession of narcotic drugs in the capital.

Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Odgen Lama of Gorkha with 29 grams of Amphetamine, 4 grams of cocaine and 99 tablets of yaba from the roadside of Dhumbarahi.

Police also confiscated 1.2 kilograms of amphetamine, 86 grams cocaine and 712 tablets of yaba hidden in his room.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking him under control. He will be charged under narcotic drugs control act, said police.
