Call for Climate Emergency from COP25 Madrid

MADRID: One of the mega events on climate change UN Climate Change Conference, also known as COP25, formerly scheduled for Chile, is going to kick off formally in Madrid, Spain on December 2, 2019.

To combat with the hazards caused and likely to be caused by climate change, United Nations, the global body capable of multiple impacts all over the world, has been organizing this event every years inviting representatives from all member states to gather together and share their problems, plans and success stories and return home full charged with commitment and way forward.

COP25 is expected to focus the attention of international community on climate emergency making them work together to reverse climate change.

According to UN Climate Press release, “COP25 will raise overall ambition by completing several key aspects with respect to the full operationalization of the Paris Climate Change Agreement.”
