GORKHA: An excavator driver was reported missing in a landslide Friday morning at Kerabari of Siranchowk Rural Municipality-1 in Gorakha.
The landslip that occurred when the road construction works were going on with the help of the excavator buried driver Ramesh Tamang from Melamchi Sindhupalchowk along with the vehicle, District Police Office, Gorkha confirmed.
The incident happened near the Gupche stream. Police said a search has been on for the missing driver is ongoing.
