BELLINZONA, Switzerland: The U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has said the United States is prepared to engage with Iran without any pre-conditions on its nuclear program.
He, however, said that Iran needs to behave like “a normal nation”.
Pompeo’s remarks came at a time when Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani said on Saturday that his country ‘may be willing’ to hold talks with the US if Washington showed respect.
Pompeo said the US is prepared to engage in conversation with Iran without any conditions. (Agencies)
