Dahal pledges Rs 500,000 each to windstorm victim’s family



KATHMANDU: Chairman of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Tuesday pledged to provide Rs 500,000 each to the families of those killed in Bara-Parsa windstorm.

Dahal pledged the assistance as he visited the Feta Rural Municipality in Bara district that was hardest-hit by the windstorm.

He also reached the Birgunj-based Narayani Sub-regional Hospital to take stock of the heath condition of those injured in the gale.
