Deuba announces Rs 2.5m in assistance to windstorm survivors



KALAIYA: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has announced an assistance of Rs 2.5 million for the gale survivors in Bara and Parsa districts. He committed that his party will be providing the amount to the windstorm victims.

Deuba on Tuesday reached Feta Rural Municipality in Bara that was hardest-hit by the windstorm and asked to speed up the treatment of the injured and rehabilitation of those rendered homeless.
