BAGLUNG: Nepali Congress (NC) candidate has taken an early lead in the vote count for State Assembly- 2(B) in the district.

As per the latest vote count, NC’s Jeet Sherchan has received 525 votes as his closest contestant Khim Bikram Shahi of Janamorcha has received 386 votes.

The ruling Nepal Communist Party has supported Shahi in the by-elections.
