Police rescue man from kidnappers’ clutches within four hrs

KATHMANDU: Nepal Police has successfully freed Krishna Deula, a man kidnapped from Kangeswori, Dallu Kathmandu and booked the kidnappers to its record.

Getting information from the eye witness, DSP Hobindra Bogati, the spokesperson of Metropolitan Police Kathmandu, informed all police units instantly secured the safe release of the kidnapped person.

Deula was reportedly kidnapped by three persons at 7.30 this morning and was being taken to the kidnapper’s hideout in a white van. The police were alerted instantly about the incident and managed to arrest the kidnappers from Dhading.

The gang is believed to have come from Chitwan to Kathmandu to materialize its kidnapping mission.

The primary investigation of the police has come up with the financial transaction as the lead cause behind the act.

According to spokesperson Bogati, the arrested are being brought to Kathmandu for further investigation.
