PM Oli congratulates captain of nat’l cricket team Malla



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has congratulated the newly appointed captain of the Nepali national cricket team Gyanendra Malla.

Prime Minister Oli congratulated Malla expressing belief that the Nepali cricket will take a new height during his captainship in a twitter message on Friday.

“I would like to congratulate Gyanendra Mall on being elected as the captain of the Nepal national cricket team. I am confident that the Nepali cricket will take a new height during his leadership,” Prime Minister Oli tweeted.

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Wednesday named Malla as the captain of the Nepal national cricket team after outgoing captain Paras Khadka resigned from his post on October 15.
