Protestors demand cancellation of PSC vacancy

KATHMANDU: A protest was held here on Monday, demanding the cancellation of the recent Public Service Commission (PSC)’s vacancy announcement for local levels.

They demanded the vacancy be annulled arguing that it was against the spirit of the constitution and the principle of proportional inclusion.

The PSC, on May 29, had announced the vacancies for 9,161 seats for technical and non-technical posts under several services and groups.
