Two drown in river



KAILALI: Two boys drowned while bathing in a river in Kailali on Saturday.

Dhananjay Nisad, 13, son of Narendra Nisad of Dhusi in Bhajani Municipality-3 and Arabindra Chaudhary, 10, son of Laikaram Chaudhary of the same locality drowned while bathing in the Kadan River, said Pratik Bista, Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office.

A police team deployed from the Area Police Office, Bhajani, with the help of locals, retrieved the body from the river.
