School bus catches fire



LAMJUNG: A fire broke out in a bus belonging to Landstar Residential Secondary School in Lamjung-Bensisahar Municipality-7.

Police said that a fire broke out in a parked bus (G1A 2825) on Sunday afternoon.

The fire started from the engine of the bus in front of Kid John Montessori operated by Landstar.

According to District Police Office Information Officer Jagdish Regmi, police were deployed after receiving information that the bus was on fire.

He said that the fire was brought under control by the police, locals, teachers, parents and students.
