OWNERSHIP AND FUNDING

Khabarhub is owned by PAVILION MEDIA PVT LTD located at Kathmandu-01 (Yak and Yeti Marga), Kathmandu, Nepal registered with the Office of the Company Registrar under the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies on June 2017 pursuant to Sub-Section (1) of Section 5 of the Companies Act, 2006 with the registration number 170314.

The company is also registered with the Press Council Nepal on February 11, 2019 (Dispatch No. 223/075/076). It has obtained Business Registration Certificate from the Office of the Municipal Executive, Kathmandu Metropolitan City on November 25, 2019.

Khabarhub, currently a digital media in English and Nepali languages, owned by Pavilion Media, has been registered at the Department of Information with registration number 1222/075-76 on 23 February, 2019. It is a well-funded and well-managed media company in Nepal which has expanded and established itself as one of the most popular news platforms in Nepal. With its unwavering commitment to provide standard journalism with quality content, it has become a self-sustained media organization in a very short period.

After gaining wide popularity and sustainability of Khabarhub digital news portal, Pavilion Media is expanding its media services and is currently waiting to obtain license to operate a satellite television channel in Nepal.

Pavilion Media is also in the process of operating other media and information related services such as telecommunication and technology in the near future.
