36 COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in Kathmandu Valley



KATHMANDU: Total active cases of coronavirus in Kathmandu Valley have reached 36 with the confirmation of three new cases on Monday morning.

Five of those infected are undergoing treatment at Shukraraj Tropical and Infectious Disease Hospital, Teku and 15 at the Armed Police Hospital, Balambu.

Similarly, 12 patients have been admitted to Patan Hospital and one to TU Teaching Hospital.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, two people from Tokha and one from Budhanilkantha were confirmed to be infected with coronavirus this morning. All the three are being taken to Teku Hospital for treatment.
