India rescues four Nepalis along with Indians from Australia

KATHMANDU: Three Nepalese have been rescued from Australia along with other Indian nationals.

The Nepalis include Arjun Prasad Timilsina, Bishow Timilsina, Mukti Prasad Timilsina who flew to India onboard AI-301 SYD-DEL-AMD flight along with other Indian citizens.

The Nepali Embassy in New Delhi had requested the Indian government to include these three Nepalis while rescuing Indian citizens from Australia.

Upon arrival in New Delhi, they –a bone marrow patient, brother (donor) and father (caretaker) will be taken directly to BLK Hospital in Delhi and will be in quarantine at the hospital itself.

They have been given COVID-19 negative and fit to fly certificates, along with local hospital’s acceptance letter.

Likewise, Shevika Dhakal, a Nepali student of BBA in Maharishi Markandey University in Indonesia as part of an exchange program with Airlangaa University, has also been rescued by the Indian government.

She left for Indian by AI 1039.
