COVID-19 infection cases cross 100, 300 in India

KATHMANDUU: India has reported 3, 156 deaths after 131 died in the last 24 hours. With 4,642 new cases, the number of infection cases has reached 100, 340 as of Tuesday morning.

Currently, 57, 951 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country while 39, 233 have returned home after recovery. The India government has performed tests on 2,303,792 people for Coronavirus so far.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 213 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 319,958 and infecting 4,887,  763 people as of Tuesday morning.
