Amlekhgunj-Lothar petroleum pipeline to be constructed



KATHMANDU: The petroleum pipeline will be extended from Amlekhgunj in Bara to Lothar in Chitwan.

Presenting the policy and program in the joint house of the federal parliament, President Bidya Devi Bhandari said that the petroleum pipeline from Motihari in India to Amlekhgunj in Bara has been successfully constructed and it will be further expanded.

Similarly, the construction of the petroleum pipeline from Siliguri in India to Charali in Jhapa will be started.
