Nepalis in US protest against Indian encroachment

KATHMANDU: Nepalis living in the United States have protested against the construction of the link road by India in Nepal’s territory, Lipu Lekh.

They have protested against Indian encroachment in Washington DC carrying Nepal’s flags and play-cards.

During the protest, Nepalis chanted the “Go Back India’ and “Lipu Lekh belongs to Nepal”.

Despite fears of Covid-19, a significant number of Nepalis attended in a protest.
