China hands over 40,000 PCR kits to Nepal



KATHMANDU: China has handed over 40,000 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing kits to Nepal.

Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Hou Yanqi handed over the testing kits to Minister for Health and Population Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal amid a program.

Medical items including 40,000 PCR kits, 20,000 N95 masks, 800,000 surgical masks and 10,000 medical glasses were handed over to the minister.

These medical goods had arrived in Kathmandu on Friday and Saturday.
